growᴬᴳ User Account Claim Process

This post covers the account claim process for users who had an existing user portal account prior to 08/10/2025.

Overview

Due to refreshing the growᴬᴳ platform and user portal, we have changed our underlying infrastructure. This means that we need all existing users to re-enrol into their accounts by signing up again for the portal.

Claiming Your Account

To re-enrol into your account, visit the page here.

You will be prompted through the sign-up process using your existing email address:

We will associate your email address with the data saved in your previous account. However, this new account will have access to all the new user portal features.

What data is retained

We have carried over existing bookmark data to the new platform. 

How long do I have to claim my account?

We will delete your account within 45 days if it is not claimed. This means you will need to create a new account and data from your old account will not be available to access.
