Tertiary Extracts Otautahi Ltd

Tertiary Extracts Ōtautahi Ltd (TEO) is a New Zealand biotech company pioneering the upcycling of ovine by-products into premium nutrition for women’s health. Using proprietary extraction and processing technologies, we convert traditionally low-value or discarded streams, such as sheep skins and wool proteins, into differentiated bioactives, including Ovitage collagen, peptides, and amino acids.

Our model delivers both innovation and investment opportunity: we create new revenue streams for the sheep and fibre industries while addressing the fastest-growing health spend globally - women’s longevity, strength, and healthy ageing. By bridging agriculture, biotechnology, and consumer health, we position Australasian agrifood at the forefront of a market forecast to exceed US$500 billion by 2030.

TEO actively invests in R&D and clinical validation to build defensible IP and evidence-based claims, partnering with leading universities and research organisations. This science-first approach underpins both B2B ingredient sales and B2C product lines under our Everee Women™ brand.

Our growth strategy is to scale production from hundreds to thousands of tonnes, supported by contract manufacturing partnerships, agrifood investors, and strategic distribution. We are open to collaboration with Australian partners across:

  • Research & Development – joint studies on ovine proteins, peptides, and collagen.
  • Innovation – co-development of functional foods, nutraceuticals, and medical nutrition.
  • Investment – scaling infrastructure to capture export demand across APAC, the US, and beyond.

Our agrifood focus lies in the meat, sheep, and fibre industries, with downstream applications in nutraceuticals, health supplements, and functional foods. TEO offers investors and collaborators a rare opportunity to participate in a sustainable, IP-driven platform with global relevance and strong commercial momentum
